Hello,

I bought a second hand Eloquencer, and it's not outputting cv, it's says the, Cv out: no default tune. 

I thinks it's missing some files from the sd card.

Sorry ! Reviewing the forum I found your message. I think you contact us through support and we solve it, right ?
If anyone has the same problem of lost CV_tune files can contact us through support@winter-modular.com and we will send them their specific CV_tune files. We keep a copy of the tuning files for all the existing units.

@wintermodular absolutely! this was resolved by the superb customer service at Winter Modular! I and the EloQ are happy as clams
