Hi , it’s the 2 time with the error problem . All works fine .. next day power on and the buttons didn’t light up or response . Only the lcd screen shows the normal text . In February I send it back to the just music shop . They fix it .. is there a technic to make it from my home studio ? Some file change on the sd card .. I have the newest firmware ;(

With the serial number we will be able to check what was the previous issue and have a better idea of what could be going on.
