International Shipping
(Outside the EU)

For orders shipped to countries outside the European Union we are not responsible of the cost of any specific taxes payable in the destination country. These are in addition to, and not included in, the cost of shipping and are incurred at the time of delivery. Customers are responsible of all international customs and duty fees.

We are not able to mark items as “gift” as it is illegal. The amount of these taxes or duties will vary depending on the import/export laws of each country, and it is your responsibility to be informed of them and of all formalities required to deliver the order. You should inquire with your local customs agency for more information and assistance in this area.

For our international customers’ protection we may need to verify additional details regarding billing and shipping information, and may need to place conditions on the method of payment used. Orders may be rejected if we cannot verify information to our satisfaction. If we require additional information, we will be in contact with you at the email address you provide.

For shipments to countries outside the European Union, please remember that shipping costs do not include the customs duties, which must be paid by the recipient when the parcel is delivered.


All our products are covered by the standard 2-year EU warranty on purchased goods which begins when you recieve your goods.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer you the possibility to change and/or return items purchased online. Upon receipt of your order, you have 14 days to change and/or return any products.

The products and their packaging must be in perfect condition.

If you have not contacted us before returning the goods and have not waited to receive the authorisation number for the return we reserve the right to accept the return.

Once the return is approved (the items have to be in perfect condition) you will receive a confirmation email telling you that the amount will be credited to your account (which you must provide to us via email) in the coming days. Remember that the payment to the credit card always depends on your bank.

If it is a return, the cost of shipping back will be charged to the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse returns which have been communicated or sent after the deadline, or garments that are not in the same condition in which they were received.
